Soul Counselling Session

Session details:

(Block of 5 sessions recommended). After receiving the foundation of deep healing through your E:Motion Therapy sessions (minimum of 2 required), Soul Counselling was created for those ready to commit to their full Awakening Journey, through 1hr weekly appointments. This commitment will bring profound Awareness & Self Mastery in Real time! Maybe you were already considering Counselling for the 1st time or maybe you have spent years talking through your challenges in traditional Therapy, and while that has its place, you might still feel stuck—caught in a cycle of endless processing without significant change. In Soul Counselling session we won’t just talk about the issues. We will uncover what’s holding you back deep within your subconscious and take concrete steps to resolve it. It’s not about endlessly rehashing the past, but about understanding the root causes, resolving them, and moving forward with a new perspective and tools for real transformation. The Intention is simple: to get you unstuck and living your life with purpose and clarity. Ready for a shift? This work is deep, it's transformational, and it asks you to let go of the subconscious beliefs that have been running the show for too long. But it’s also the only path that leads you to the life you want, to the freedom you crave, and to the peace that comes from knowing you’re finally living in alignment with who you truly are. Every day spent waiting is a day you’re choosing to stay stuck. I invite you to challenge that choice. With your commitment to meet once a week for a recommended (& tested) minimum of 5 weeks, the Journey begins... **sometimes, during a Soul Counselling session, we bring Awareness to a Program or Belief that deserves more care & attention to deepen the understanding. Should this happen, & time permitting for both you or I, we can discuss extending the Session by 30 mins (€15) or booking a Transformational Healing Session (90mins) where we can explore further.
