I found out about kinesiology with Lesley by pure chance. I had started on my own path to making my life better through yoga and meditation, although it was helping me a little I was stuck. Emotionally and physically in pain that wasn’t shifting and was holding me back from reaching my potential in life! After just two sessions with Lesley I am feeling so much more in tune with myself, I am moving towards a calm and peace I haven’t felt before but longed for. I have had migraines for as long as I can remember and spent many years trying to pinpoint and
identify physical triggers, for example certain foods, alcohol and perfumes etc. I have eliminated all
of these triggers, with the understanding that hormonal changes were the only cause for my
migraines. It would never have crossed my mind that these debilitating headaches could occur and
be triggered on an energetic and emotional level. This is where Lesley comes in. Using her own
uniquely beautiful approach to healing, through the use of kinesiology, tuning forks and spirit guides
she was able to identify a negative emotion and at what age this emotion was first felt and in turn,
the original migraine trigger. Lesley then took this negative emotion and replaced it with a positive
one, with the understanding my migraines should be gone or if I was to have one, occur at a much
lower level than before. 3 weeks passed without any sign of a migraine however I then experienced
a migraine aura. Normally at this point I would have half an hour before the headache set in
followed by hours in a darkened room, vomiting and fatigue. This could last for days at a time.
However, unlike the usual migraine I was used to, after 15 minutes the aura past and I had no more
than a slight headache. It wasn't until a few days later that I realised on the day I had that migraine,
had felt the exact negative emotion identified at my session with Lesley, I feel unwelcome. It has
now been 5 weeks since my session with Lesley and I have had no other migraines, other than the
day I felt the negative emotion. I would highly recommend a treatment from Lesley.
